We do not offer the possibility of making size changes but only returns, you can proceed as follows to request a return:
If you encounter difficulties, contact Griffeshop customer service for assistance.
- Go to Griffeshop.com, click on "Access" or "Login" and enter your credentials.
- Find the "My orders" or "Order history" section.
- Select the order containing the product to be returned and click on the option to initiate a return.
- Fill out the return form indicating the reason. Pack the product in the original packaging with labels and attach the return label provided via email.
- Take the package to FermoPoint BRT [link set with collection points based on destination] and keep the shipping receipt to keep track of the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your account.
