To make a return on Griffeshop.com, follow these consise steps:
- Go to Griffeshop.com, click on "Enter" and enter your credentials.
- In the "Menu" section, click on "Order List".
- Enter the "Details" of the order containing the product to be returned and click "Make return".
- For each item to be returned, make the return request indicating the reason. Pack the product in the original packaging with labels and download the label in PDF. Apply the label to the package.
- Take the package to the FermoPoint BRT.
Once the return has been received and verified, we will issue a credit to your account.
Important Note on Returns: We remind you that if you wish to return an item from an address outside Italy, it will not be possible to make the return through our services. In this case, you will have to proceed independently to send the goods to the following address:
